INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb Hot Italian Sausage; Sliced
1/2 md Green Pepper; Chopped
1 md Onion; Chopped
1 cn Tomatoes (19 Oz); Broken Up
1 cn Tomato Sauce; (7 1/2 Oz)
2 c Water
1/2 ts Garlic Powder
1 Pouch Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
1/2 c Grated Mozzarella Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

In a dutch oven or heavy saucepan, brown sausage, green pepper and onion;
drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and garlic powder. Bring to a
boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add soup mix; simmer,
covered 5-7 minutes longer . May be frozen at this stage. Sprinle each
serving with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Makes 4-5 servings.
