INGREDIENTS

2 t Canola oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c Cauliflower, diced
1/2 c Broccoli, diced
1/2 c Corn kernels
1 Carrot, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes
1 t Apple cider vinegar
1 t Light soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil over medium flame in frying pan. Add garlic and vegetables;
saute until tender-crisp, about 7 minutes. Add salt and both peppers;
remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and soy sauce. Makes about 2 cups  or
32 tablespoons of filling or 4 side dish servings of about 1/2 cup
each.  NOTES : 0.3g of fat per serving.  |  Recipe by: July 1996
