INGREDIENTS
| 4 | tb | Butter, melted |
| 2 | c | Potato, pureed |
| 2 | c | Applesauce |
| 2 | tb | Honey |
| 1 1/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
| 1 1/4 | ts | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°. Beat butter into warmed potato puree. Beat in remaining ingredients. You may want to add more sweetening. Turn mixture into sprayed or buttered 1 quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with roast pork, ham or game. NOTES : This is a good side dish and has a very wonderfully different potato taste. Recipe by: Sauce It!
