INGREDIENTS

2 c Powdered sugar
1 Stick butter
1 c Evaporated milk
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/2 Cubes Baker's unsweetened chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate with butter. Add milk and bring to slow boil. Stir for 5
minutes so it doesn't 'catch' (stick). Add vanilla and put into jars. Makes
approximately 2 cups.
