INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Fresh parmesan cheese; grated
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Dijonnaise cream mustard
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Anchovy fillet; (optional)
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Head romaine lettuce; in bite size pieces
1 c Croutons
2 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
SALAD
1. In a small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
3. In a large bowl toss together with lettuce, croutons and bacon.
4. Garnish with additional fresh grated parmesan cheese and fresh ground
pepper.
Notes: Dressing will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Makes 1 cup
dressing.
