INGREDIENTS

2 pk Yeast
2 c ;Water
2 tb Sugar
2 ts Salt
2 tb Butter; softened
1/2 c Cheese, parmesan; grated
1 1/2 tb Oregano
4 1/2 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat water to 105-115 degrees.  Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Let stand a
couple of minutes. Stir. Add sugar, salt, butter, cheese, oregano and 3
cups of flour. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Beat with electric
mixer set to medium for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl, stir in remaining flour.
Cover and rise at 85 degrees until double in bulk (about 45 minutes).
Grease a 2 qt. casserole. Stir down the dough. Beat 25 strokes. Turn into
casserole. Sprinkle with some grated cheese if desired. Bake 55 minutes.
