INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In 13" by 9" metal baking pan, arrange
potatoes in single layer. Spray potatoes with olive-oil spray to coat; toss
with salt, thyme, and pepper. Roast potatoes 20 to 25 minutes, turning once
with metal spatula, until golden and fork-tender.
Each serving: About 130 calories, 4 g protein, 28 g carbohydrate, 0 g total
fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 410 mg sodium.
