INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mince the fresh herbs, reserving a few leaves to use as garnishes. 2.
Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.. Beat vigorously with a wire
whisk until well blended. 3. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve
immediately.
