INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 ga WATER
20 lb BROCCOLI FZ
1 1/4 c ONIONS DRY
3 tb BASIL SWEET GROUND

INSTRUCTIONS

1/4 c  -
1.  BRING WATER TO A BOIL.
2.  ADD BROCCOLI, ONIONS, MARJORAM AND BASIL TO BOILING WATER.
3.  RETURN TO BOIL; COVER.
4.  REDUCE HEAT; COOK 7 TO 9 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER.
5.  DRAIN; RESERVE 1 QT LIQUID TO POUR BACK OVER VEGETABLES. SERVE
IMMEDIATELY.

NOTE:  IN STEP 2, 7 OZ DRY ONIONS A.P. WILL YIELD 6 OZ CHOPPED ONIONS.
