INGREDIENTS

2 c Yogurt cheese
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 tb Fresh parsley, chopped
1 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Thyme, not powdered
1/4 ts Dried basil
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend together all ingredients and refrigerate. Mold into a ball or put in
a container and serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups.
NOTES : Try not to use any salt. Vary the herbs to suit your taste. Recipe
