INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | (3 oz each) cream cheese; softened |
| 1 | ts | Minced parsley |
| 1/4 | ts | Minced garlic |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
| 1/4 | ts | Lemon juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least two hours to allow the flavors to blend. Will keep seven days refrigerated in a tightly sealed container. To freeze, shape the cheese spread into a log and cover with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil. Will keep 3 months at 0 degrees.
