INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Fresh green beans
1/2 c Onion; finely chopped
2 tb Butter or margarine
3 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
1 ts Salt; optional
1 1/2 ts Fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 ts Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan, cover beans with water; cook until crisp-tender. Meanwhile,
in a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.   Add lemon juice,
parsley, salt if desired, thyme and paprika.  Drain beans; add herb butter
and stir to coat.  Serve immediately.
