INSTRUCTIONS
In saucepan, stir together cream cheese and milk over medium heat for about
5 minutes or just until smooth. Remove from heat.
Slice potatoes thinly; arrange in overlapping layers in greased 11x7 inch
baking dish, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Pour milk mixture over top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan; dot with butter.
Bake in 400°F oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until tender. Let stand for 10
minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
