INGREDIENTS

1 lg Baking potato, sliced into
Wedges.
Olive oil
1/2 ts Lemon pepper blend seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Scrub potato and slice into wedges (leaving skin on).  Brush with olive oil
and sprinkle with seasoning to coat each side.  Bake on a cookie sheet in a
350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
