INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350*F. In medium mixing bowl combine spinach, onion, egg
and margarine, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients and mix again until
thoroughly combined. Using rounded teaspoonfuls, shape spinach mixture into
16 equal balls. Spray non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray; arrange
balls on sheet.
Bake until balls are cooked through and lightly browned, 18-20 min. 4
balls=126 calories.
