INGREDIENTS

12 Eggs; hard boiled
2 tb Pimentos; finely chopped
1/2 c Garlic & Herb cheese spread
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c Mayonnaise
Scallions; sliced for garnish
1/4 c Scallions; finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Halve eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a large bowl; set egg white
halves aside. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, scallions,
pimentos and mustard until smooth.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Garnish with sliced
scallions and serve.
