INGREDIENTS

1 8 ounce frozen cut green
beans OR equiv. fresh
lightly cooked
1 c Chopped tomatoes
1 Onion, sliced in rings
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 t Oregano or basil leaves
crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Place green bean box in Microwave to thaw or if using fresh, cook
until bright green. In medium saucepan, combine beans with remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beans
are tender. Can serve topped with fresh cut parsley or basil. MC

than 1 g. fat. I added the  tomatoes for only a few minutes, so they
