INSTRUCTIONS
A good way to use Stale bread, these bread crumbs can be stored in the
freezer. Makes 1 cup. 7 Cals per Tbsp
Preheat the oven to 325F. Spray a baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Tear the bread into pieces and place in the bowl of a food processor fitted
with the steel blade. Add the seasonings and process until the bread is
ground. Spread the crumbs on the baking sheet and toast for 8 to 10
minutes, or until dried. Cool and store in an airtight container.
