INGREDIENTS

10 lb Ground beef-brown and drain
5 lg Onions-chopped
5 c Celery-chopped
20 T.green pepper-chopped
5 ts Mustard
10 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Salt
20 tb Brown sugar
20 tb Open Pit BBQ Sauce
10 c Catsup

INSTRUCTIONS

(they freeze well too and are great for graduation parties)
After draining the grease from the hamburger, add the onions, celery, and
green pepper and saute. When vegetables are kind of limp add the rest of
the ingredients and cook til thick(at least 45 min.)
To make for my family I divide the measurements by 5.
