Chinese Sauce 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Cloves garlic
4 sl Fresh ginger root
1 Scallion
2 tb Soy sauce
4 tb Sherry
1 tb Hoisin sauce
1 tb Chili sauce
1 tb Honey
1/2 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Crush garlic and ginger root; cut scallion in 2-inch sections. Then
combine remaining ingredients.
2. Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour.
