INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1 c Sherry
1 ds Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon
3 c Milk
1/2 c Light Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In top of a double boiler place chocolate bits, sherry, salt and
cinnamon; cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is
melted.
2. Heat milk and cream to scalding point; add to sherry and chocolate
mixture and beat well until foamy.
3. Pour into mugs or cups topped with whipped cream and dust lightly with
cinnamon.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
