Name: Holiday Mint Pie
Ingredients: 1 c Crushed Keebler Grasshopper Fudge Mint Cookies; (16-18); 3 tb Hot water; 1 6-oz graham cracker; (or chocolate) pie crust; 1 pk (3 oz) cream cheese; 1/3 c Sugar; 1/4 ts Peppermint extract; 1 Container; (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed; 6 dr Green food coloring; (up to 10)

He has set us free from the guilt and bondage of sin – but not in order that we might become enslaved to the very sins for which Christ died to redeem us!... No action which is contrary to the plain Word of God can ever be legitimate for the Christian. No appeal to spiritual freedom or to providential circumstances can ever make what is ethically wrong anything else but sinful. For the Christian is free only to love and obey the law of God. Therein lies his true freedom.

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Crushed Keebler Grasshopper Fudge Mint Cookies; (16-18)
3	tb	Hot water
1		6-oz graham cracker; (or chocolate) pie crust
1	pk	(3 oz) cream cheese
1/3	c	Sugar
1/4	ts	Peppermint extract
1		Container; (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
6	dr	Green food coloring; (up to 10)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cookies and hot water. Spoon into crust and gently spread to cover
bottom. Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar, milk, and
extract. Fold in whipped topping. Add food coloring. Put dollops of mixture
into crust. Smooth top with spatula.
I used a chocolate crust and left out the food coloring. It was a popular
pie.
