INSTRUCTIONS
Boil cranberries in 1/2 cup cold water, then sieve. Add sugar & heat to
dissolve sugar; then cool. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool slightly
then add 7-Up or Sprite; chill. When partially thickened, add cranberry
mixture, salt, apples, celery & nuts. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce
leaves with mayonnaise.
