INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350F. In med. skillet, brown sausage, drain. Set aside. In
same skillet, melt butter. Add onion and celery, cook until tender. Set
aside.
In large bowl, combine cornbread, stuffing mix, poultry seasoning, salt and
pepper. Stir in chicken broth, sausage, onion and celery mixture; mix well.
Place in ungreased 2-2 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 30-35 min. or until top begins to brown.
Tip: Dressing can be used to stuff a 14-20 lb turkey. Stuff turkey cavity
lightly. Do not overstuff. Follow guidelines on turkey pkg. for roasting
times based on turkey weight.
