INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed firm
2 tb Cornstarch
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Melted butter
Salt to taste (up to)
5 md Sweet potatoes; peeled & sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugars & cornstarch. Blend well. Stir in orange juice, butter &
salt. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Place potatoes in a lightly-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Pour orange
sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are
tender. Yields 6 servings.
