and flaked
1 c Low-fat cottage cheese
2 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled &
chopped
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped green onion
2 T Chopped parsley
1 t Lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 t Salt
1/4 c Diet mayonaise, 4 tbs

INSTRUCTIONS

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or
sandwich filling. 2. May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
