INGREDIENTS

1		Head fresh dill
1		Clove garlic
1		Jalapeno pepper, opt
2	qt	water
1	qt	Vinegar
1	c	Non-iodized salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack in jars.  These should be
room temperature.  Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars.
Pickles will be  ready in 3 ~ 4 weeks, depending on size of cucumbers.
