Name: Homemade Brownie Mix
Ingredients: 6 c Unbleached flour -- or; All-purpose; 4 ts Baking powder; 4 ts Salt; 8 c Sugar; 8 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder --; One small package

It will remain as something precious. INGREDIENTS

6	c	Unbleached flour — or

4	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.  Stir with a wire whisk to
distribute evenly.  Put in a large airtight container.  Label with date and
contents.  Store in a cool, dry place.  Use within 10-12 weeks.
Makes about 15 c  of Brownie Mix.
