INGREDIENTS
| 3 | c | Cornflakes |
| 1 | c | Wheat germ |
| 1/2 | c | Sesame seeds |
| 4 | ts | Dried parsley — crushed |
| 1 | tb | Paprika |
| 2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 1 | ts | Celery salt |
| 1 | ts | Onion salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Ground pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Pour into a 5-c container with a tight fitting lid. Seal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 2 months. Makes about 4 1/2 c of Homemade Crispy Coating Mix.
