INGREDIENTS

2 c Nonfat dry milk
3/4 c Cornstarch
1/4 c Instant chicken bouillon
2 T Dried onion
1 t Crushed thyme
1 t Crushed basil
1 t Pepper
2 T Dry Butter Buds

INSTRUCTIONS

From: Perry Greene <palgreen@hiwaay.net>  Combine all ingredients and
store in an airtight container. To  substitute for one can condensed
soup, mix 1/3 cup of mix with 1 1/4  cups water in a saucepan. Cook and
stir until thickened. (NOTE: For  "flavored" soup, stir in 1/4 cup
chopped mushrooms, celery, chicken,  etc.)  Posted to recipelu-digest
