INGREDIENTS

1 c Horseradish root; peel; cube
3/4 c Vinegar
2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
Creamy horseradish sauce
1 c Heavy cream
1 c Mayo
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Horseradish

INSTRUCTIONS

HORSERADISH-Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process
until pureed. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container.
Cover and store in the fridge. Use as a condiment.
SAUCE-In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayo and
salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until ready to serve.
Use as a condiment with meats.
