INSTRUCTIONS
I just had my first taste (after the first racking) of my wine Its really
good.Heres the recipe
peel kiwi, mash with thawed grapes, put sugar into carboy, dissolve
completly, add mashed fruit, grape concentrate, water (appx 4 gallons) and
yeast. ferment as usual. this is just the first racking taste and I added 5
