INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Beat eggs and food coloring together.
Stir into dry ingredients until moist and mixed well. Turn out on floured
surface. Coat generously with flour, roll out to 1/8 inch thickness, cut
into narrow 1/4 inch wide strips. (Use pizza cutter or knife.) Drop into
boiling chicken or turkey stock. Cook til done to taste. Canned chicken
broth is useful for a quick meal or unexpected guests.
