INGREDIENTS

1 c Instant nonfat dry milk solids
2/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Boiling water
3 tb Melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in
refrigerator until ready to use. Yields about 14 ounces (same as canned
milk).
