Combine stuffing and next five ingredients in large bowl. Stir together
remaining ingredients (except cheese)and combine with stuffing mix. Pour
into lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover lightly with foil
and bake at 350f for 35 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an
additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
