INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Hot water
1 t Almond extract
4 c Rolled oats
1 c Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Chopped almonds, cashews or
walnuts
1/2 c Raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix honey, water, almond extract. Add rolled oats, Grape nuts, wheat
germ and nuts. Using hands, blend both mixtures until thoroughly
combined. Spread on cookie sheet to depth of 1/2 inch. Bake at 250
degrees for 1 hour, until golden, stirring once after 30 minutes. Let
back, then add the raisins. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
