INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl combine the first 6
ingredients. In a separate bowl stir the baking soda and boiling water. Set
aside. In a saucepan melt butter with honey over low heat. Remove pan from
heat and mix in the baking soda mixture. Stir well. Pour butter mixture
into dry ingredients, stirring until well blended. Form the batter into
1-inch balls and arrange on a baking sheet. Press the balls into disks abou
1-1/2 - 2 inches in diameter. Bake in middle of oven until edges are
golden, about 12-
14 minutes.
