INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the skin from the turkey breast & discard. Place the turkey in a
roaster pan. Season with salt & pepper. In a small bowl, combine honey,
mustard & rosemary. Pour part of the glaze over the turkey & bake,
uncovered, at 325F for about 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers
170 -175F. If needed, add a bit of water to the bottom of the pan. Baste
the turkey occasionally with the remaining glaze while it is baking.
Per serving: 180 cal, 4.6 g fat (22.8%), 66 mg chol., 110 mg sodium
Serving Ideas : Leftovers make very tasty sandwiches.
