680 g turkey drumstick |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together all the ingredients for the glaze. With a sharp knife
make 4 small incisions in the turkey drumstick, then place in an
ovenproof dish. Spread the glaze over the turkey then cover and chill
for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4 and bake the
drumstick for 1 hour 15 minutes occasionally turning and basting with
glaze. Notes This can be served garnished with segmented oranges.
