INSTRUCTIONS
GLAZE
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil.
Lightly grease foil.
2. Beat butter, honey and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer until
well blended.
3. With mixer on low speed, add egg, flour, granola and raisins and beat
just until blended.
4. Spread in prepared pan.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on pan in rack.
6. Drizzle glaze over top.
7. When glaze has set, lift foil by ends to cutting board. Cut in bars.
Makes
24 bars, 120 calories per bar. GLAZE: Whisk confectioner's sugar
and hot water in a medium-size bowl until smooth, adding a few more drops
water, if needed, to make a thick glaze.
