1/2 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Plain yogurt

1/4 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl whisk together zest, lemon juice, and honey until combined well
and whisk in buttermilk, yogurt, oil, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
