Name: Honey Mustard Sauce #1
Ingredients: 1/4 c Dijon mustard; 1 tb Fresh tarragon -or-; 1 ts Dried tarragon; 1/4 c Honey; 2 tb White wine vinegar; 2 ts Olive oil; Salt and pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mustard and tarragon in a medium, non reative bowl, mix well. Add
salt and pepper to taste.
