INGREDIENTS

1 T Stick Margarine
1/2 c Sliced Onion
3 Sweet Potatoes, Peeled And
Cubed
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Honey
1/4 t Pepper
1 c Low-Salt Chicken Broth

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt margarine in a large saucepand ove rmedium heat. Add onion and
sweet potatoes; sauté 5 minutes. Add mustard and remaining
ingreditns; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20  minutes
or until sweet potatoes are very tender. Place sweet potato  mixture in
a food processor; process unitl smooth.  Recipe by: Cooking Light
