INGREDIENTS

Sweet Buckwheat Crepes, see

1 c Very ripe pear, peeled
Cored and cubed
1 c Butter, softened
1/4 c Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread about 1-1/2 tablespoons Honey-Pear Butter evenly over surface
of hot crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately.  Makes 8
filled crepes.  Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or
blender and blend  until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until
completely  smooth.  Makes about 2-1/4 cups.  Recipe By     : the
