(20 oz) pineapple chunks |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut chicken into bite size chunks. Toss wity flour salt and pepper mix.
Drain pineapple but SAVE THE JUICE. Heat oil and saute chicken for 5
minutes or until done. Add pineapple. Let cool a few minutes. Combine
pineapple joice, soy sauce and cornstarch and vinegar. Add to chicken and
heat. Adjust taste, by adding more sugar or more vinegar. Stir until thick.
At the very end you made add chunks of green and red pepper both for color
and taste. Serve over rice. mmm good
