INSTRUCTIONS
Place first 4 ingredients in pot. Boil until tender on low heat. Drain off
liquid. Place rice and butter in skillet. Stir in other ingredients, and
cook slowly until hot enough to serve.
NOTES : Rice can be cooked in peas. Follow directions on peas and put rice
in peas about 30 minutes before peas are done. Flavor is better done this
way!!!
