INGREDIENTS

1/2 pt Whipping cream
3 tb Horseradish
2 tb Dijon mustard
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Whip cream until it holds stiff peaks. Fold in horseradish and mustard. Add
salt to taste.  Yield: 2 cups.
