INGREDIENTS

1 T Canola oil
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 10 pkg frozen spinach
thawed
or 2 cups packed fresh
spinach
1 T White horseradish
1 T Fresh dill or 1 teas. dried
1 T Water
1/4 c Walnuts, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In skillet, heat oil.  Ad onion; saute until translucent.  Add
spinach, horseradish, dill and 1 tablespoon water.  Saute until
spinach is soft. Stir in walnuts and serve. Posted to FOODWINE Digest
