I remember a while back folks discussing Horseradish Sauce (for baked
potatoes, artichokes, etc.). Well, flipping thru my trusty Moosewood I
happend upon this (I'm sure that, if this list goes on forever like we all
hope it will, I will eventually type in the entire Moosewood cookbook).
Anyway...
Whip everything in the blender.
Now - I know that the fat content of Mori-Nu Lite tofu was the topic of
discussion when I used it in a tofu mayonnaise recipe earlier. Dr. Neal
said that the entire recipe amounted to more than 10% cff, but that a few
spoonfuls were okay, fatwise. I'm wondering two things - first, is Mori-Nu
Lite, then, a "legal" ingredient for this list (Michelle)? Second, the FAQ
says to keep the overall dish at or under 15% cff - does serving size count
(I can't imagine someone would just eat a whole batch of the sauce above).
Thanks for the clarification.
