Eggs Holiday, Sauces 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 Egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c Sugar
1 Dry mustard, 2 oz
1 c Apple cider vinegar
1 t Salt
1 1/2 t Cayenne pepper
1/2 c Butter or margarine
melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook over low heat,
shicking constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool and  pour
